Our walking for health walks range between 1-4 miles. The walks graded one heart are suitable for those who are not used to regular exercise and then the two heart walks for those able to walk that bit further or longer. The three heart walks are not Walking for Health Walks but as your fitness improves you may wish to progress on to a longer more challenging walk.
